NCS Consultant Indonesia is partnering with a prestigious, China-funded leader in the waste management industry to appoint a dynamic Personnel & Administration Specialist. In this critical role, you will act as a bridge between local operations and international stakeholders, ensuring seamless office management and efficient HR administrative workflows.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary linguistic bridge for internal communications between Chinese expatriate management and local staff.
  • Manage end-to-end personnel documentation, including attendance records, leave management, and employee databases.
  • Oversee general office administration tasks, including facility management, office supply procurement, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring all documentation complies with Indonesian labor laws.
  • Prepare periodic administrative reports and management summaries in both Mandarin and Indonesian/English.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, permit processing, and documentation for expatriate personnel.
  • Maintain organized and secure filing systems for corporate records and legal documents.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or HR role within a multinational environment.
  • Professional proficiency in Mandarin (HSK 5 or equivalent) is strictly required for daily business operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and administrative practices.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and data integrity.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate diverse cultural environments effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced industrial setting in Bekasi.
