Wismilak is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personnel & General Affairs Officer to join our team in Tangerang. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily office operations, ensuring that our workplace remains productive, safe, and efficient. You will play a pivotal role in bridging administrative excellence with human resources support, contributing to a positive work culture where employees thrive.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day General Affairs (GA) operations, including office facilities maintenance, asset management, and vendor relations.
- Ensure the workplace environment remains safe, clean, and comfortable in accordance with company health and safety standards.
- Manage company permits, licenses, and official documentation to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Assist in personnel administration tasks, including leave management, attendance tracking, and internal reporting.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate office logistics, repairs, and procurement of office supplies.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of outsourced service providers (security, cleaning, catering).
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding office services and facilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in General Affairs (GA) or HR Operations roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and facility management best practices.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot facility-related issues and manage vendor service contracts.
