In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our portfolio of high-end properties remains pristine, safe, and pest-free. You will play a critical role in our operational success, directly impacting guest satisfaction scores and property preservation. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify signs of pest activity.
- Implement effective pest control treatment plans using industry-standard products and methods.
- Ensure all treatments comply with safety regulations and environmental health standards.
- Maintain detailed logs and reports of inspection findings and treatments performed.
- Coordinate with the operations team to address specific pest-related issues reported by guests or cleaning staff.
- Perform preventive maintenance, including sealing entry points and advising on waste management improvements.
- Operate and maintain pest control equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in pest control, sanitation, or facility maintenance, preferably within the hospitality or residential management sector.
- Strong knowledge of local pest species and modern pest control techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage a schedule across multiple property locations.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Understanding of chemical safety, handling, and application procedures.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation in Bali.
- Strong communication skills; fluency in Indonesian and basic English is preferred.
