Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver personalized pet care consultations to customers regarding nutrition, grooming, and health products
- Drive sales through product recommendations and upselling while achieving monthly targets
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and inventory management
- Provide exceptional customer service including handling inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support
- Assist in the care and handling of pets within the store environment
- Stay updated on new pet products, industry trends, and veterinary partnerships
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and promotional activities
Kualifikasi
- Passionate about animals with genuine interest in pet care and welfare
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of pet nutrition, health, and grooming practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in animal care a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
