- Drive and achieve sales targets for petrochemical products within the assigned territory, focusing on the West Region and broader Asian markets.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to expand market share and the company's commercial footprint.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of complex supply and distribution contracts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic sales decisions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and accurate sales forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, logistics, and technical support to ensure optimal customer service.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand presence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the petrochemical, chemical, or Oil & Gas industry.
- Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
- Exceptional negotiation, contract management, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the petrochemical value chain, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.
