We are seeking a dedicated Store Security Officer to join our team at PT SANFU INTERNASIONAL COMPANI. As a Store Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for both customers and employees. Your primary responsibility will be to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security issues that may disrupt our retail operations.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong observational skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will be the first point of contact in emergency situations and must be able to respond effectively and professionally. In addition to security duties, you will also assist with customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all visitors.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor store premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security breaches
- Conduct regular patrols of the store and parking areas
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
- Assist with customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- Operate surveillance equipment and maintain security logs
- Collaborate with store management to address security concerns
- Report suspicious activities and incidents to appropriate authorities
- Enforce store policies and procedures related to security
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in security or loss prevention is preferred
- Strong observational and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and respond quickly
- Basic knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Valid security license or certification (if required by local regulations)
- Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
