Tanggung Jawab
- Operate forklifts safely to move, stack, and retrieve pharmaceutical goods in a high-density warehouse environment.
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and labeling of pharmaceutical orders according to SOPs.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure 100% stock accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with all Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards and health & safety regulations at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while maintaining the integrity of sensitive medical shipments.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and update status reports.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and equipment maintenance logs to prevent operational hazards.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Singapore Forklift License (certified by a recognized authority).
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level, or a professional certificate in Logistics/Supply Chain management.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, ideally within the pharmaceutical, cold chain, or FMCG sectors.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and adherence to strict operational procedures.
- Ability to work rotating shifts or extended hours as required by logistics demands.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Physical stamina to handle warehouse tasks, including standing for long periods and operating heavy machinery.
