Tanggung Jawab

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for assigned pharmaceutical and consumer products.
  • Execute the company's Basic Call Procedure to ensure high-quality interactions with all clients.
  • Manage end-to-end distribution flow to ensure product availability in all covered outlets.
  • Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and retail outlet owners.
  • Monitor and report competitor activities and market trends within the Jember area.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Pharmacy, Science, or Management preferred).
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical, FMCG, or retail industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a valid driving license (SIM C/A) and own a vehicle.
  • Strong understanding of the Jember area and its local market dynamics.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in using mobile sales reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications.
