Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for assigned pharmaceutical and consumer products.
- Execute the company's Basic Call Procedure to ensure high-quality interactions with all clients.
- Manage end-to-end distribution flow to ensure product availability in all covered outlets.
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and retail outlet owners.
- Monitor and report competitor activities and market trends within the Jember area.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Pharmacy, Science, or Management preferred).
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical, FMCG, or retail industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C/A) and own a vehicle.
- Strong understanding of the Jember area and its local market dynamics.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in using mobile sales reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications.
