Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for the pharmaceutical industry? Tigaraksa Satria, a leading distribution company, is seeking a motivated Pharma Sales Representative to join our team in Luwuk, Sulawesi Tengah. In this role, you will be the face of our pharmaceutical portfolio, responsible for driving market growth, ensuring product availability, and building lasting professional relationships with healthcare providers and pharmacies.

You will play a critical role in executing our sales strategy, ensuring that our products reach the right market segments efficiently. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a field-based role, possesses strong negotiation skills, and is dedicated to achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets in the Luwuk territory.
  • Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities and pharmacy partners to promote product awareness and availability.
  • Implement the Basic Call Procedure (BCP) consistently to maximize sales effectiveness during each client interaction.
  • Manage the distribution process to ensure zero stock-outs and optimal product visibility in assigned accounts.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and clinic managers.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing actionable feedback to management.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, activity logs, and territory performance analysis.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field, preferably Pharmacy, Science, or Management.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
  • Possess a valid motorcycle driver's license (SIM C) and personal transport.
  • Familiarity with the Luwuk and Sulawesi Tengah regional market landscape.
  • Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in the field.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a strong drive for career advancement.
