Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor pharmaceutical production equipment including mixers, fillers, and packaging machines
- Execute batch production processes following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Perform in-process quality checks and documentation to ensure product integrity
- Maintain strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency
- Participate in equipment calibration and preventive maintenance activities
- Report production issues and implement corrective actions promptly
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certificate with 1+ years manufacturing experience
- Familiarity with GMP standards and pharmaceutical production environments
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial machinery
- Strong attention to detail and precision in documentation
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments with personal protective equipment
- Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work rotating shifts if required
