Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor pharmaceutical production equipment to ensure optimal efficiency and compliance with GMP standards
- Maintain strict documentation of production processes and quality control metrics
- Perform routine equipment cleaning, calibration, and preventive maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement process improvements
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations in all manufacturing activities
- Support batch record reviews and assist in regulatory compliance audits
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related technical field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in pharmaceutical or sterile manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with GMP guidelines and quality control procedures
- Ability to operate technical machinery and interpret production data
- Strong attention to detail with precise documentation capabilities
- Basic knowledge of ISO and regulatory compliance standards
- Good physical fitness for standing/walking in production environments
- Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin (advantageous)
