Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure accurate and safe dispensing of prescription medications to patients.
- Provide expert clinical advice and medication counseling to patients regarding dosage, usage, and potential side effects.
- Maintain precise pharmacy records, including patient profiles and controlled substance logs, in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and clinical staff to optimize patient therapeutic outcomes.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock procurement, and ensure the proper storage of pharmaceutical supplies.
- Oversee pharmacy operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Stay current with pharmaceutical trends, regulations, and advancements in medical treatments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Must be a fully registered Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia (Lembaga Farmasi Malaysia).
- Proven experience in a retail or clinical pharmacy setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- High level of integrity, ethical judgment, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
