Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Pharmacist in dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling health-related inquiries and over-the-counter product recommendations.
- Manage and maintain pharmacy inventory, including stock replenishment and monitoring expiration dates.
- Process sales transactions and operate the POS system with high accuracy.
- Ensure the pharmacy and retail areas are clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as maintaining patient records and updating health profiles.
- Support promotional activities and health awareness campaigns within the store.
- Handle incoming shipments and verify stock against purchase orders.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Diploma in Pharmacy, Health Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a retail pharmacy or healthcare environment is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in handling medications.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with pharmacy management software.
