Are you passionate about patient care and the smooth operation of a pharmacy? We are looking for a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Angeles City, Pampanga. In this role, you will work closely with licensed pharmacists to ensure the efficient delivery of medications and outstanding customer service.
Your day‑to‑day will involve managing inventory, processing prescriptions, and handling administrative tasks that keep the pharmacy running seamlessly. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, offering friendly guidance and answering queries with empathy and professionalism.

Tanggung Jawab
- Process and fill prescriptions accurately, following standard operating procedures and legal guidelines.
- Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock, placing orders, and organizing storage areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and offering product information.
- Assist pharmacists with medication dispensing, labeling, and verification.
- Perform administrative duties, including data entry, record keeping, and cash handling.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Support the pharmacy team during peak hours and contribute to a collaborative workplace culture.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate in Pharmacy Technology is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a retail pharmacy or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with pharmacy software and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Legal eligibility to work in the Philippines.
