Tanggung Jawab
- Assist pharmacists in the accurate preparation and dispensing of medication to patients.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including tracking stock levels, receiving deliveries, and performing regular audits.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the pharmacy work area.
- Perform administrative duties, including data entry into the Pharmacy Information System and handling patient documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and legal regulations regarding medication handling.
- Facilitate the efficient retrieval and replenishment of medication supplies for various hospital wards.
- Provide frontline support for general patient queries regarding medication collection.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level certificate or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a pharmacy setting or healthcare environment is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with staff and patients.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Able to perform shift work or work on weekends as required by clinical operations.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Highly meticulous with the ability to handle repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy.
