Tanggung Jawab
- Assist pharmacists in the dispensing of prescription medications to ensure accuracy and patient safety.
- Manage and monitor pharmacy inventory levels, ensuring stock is replenished and organized.
- Process customer transactions and provide professional advice on over-the-counter medications and health products.
- Ensure the pharmacy premises are clean, well-stocked, and adhere to all hygiene and safety regulations.
- Prepare medication packs and labels for delivery or patient pickup.
- Monitor expiry dates and perform regular stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding prescriptions and general health information.
Kualifikasi
- SPM or Diploma in Pharmacy / Allied Health field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail setting is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and medications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.
