Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and organize pharmaceutical inventory in compliance with regulatory standards
- Monitor and maintain optimal storage conditions (temperature, humidity, light exposure)
- Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) inventory rotation systems
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate with procurement teams for timely restocking of medical supplies
- Maintain accurate digital and physical inventory records
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols in pharmaceutical storage areas
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; pharmacy/warehouse certification preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years inventory management experience
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical storage requirements and GMP standards
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic understanding of medical supply chain operations
