Tanggung Jawab
- Assist pharmacists in the preparation, packaging, and labeling of medications accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, including monitoring stock expiry dates and performing regular cycle counts.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and facilitating efficient medication dispensing.
- Ensure the pharmacy environment complies with strict hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Process patient prescriptions and maintain electronic health records with high attention to detail.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary hospital staff to ensure timely delivery of medications to wards and outpatient departments.
- Participate in pharmacy quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Pharmacy, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
- Registered with the relevant pharmaceutical regulatory bodies (if applicable).
- Prior experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy setting is highly advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced clinical environment.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical quality and safety.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and general computer literacy.
