Tanggung Jawab
- Assist pharmacists in the preparation, packaging, and labeling of prescription medications.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock rotation, expiry date tracking, and replenishment of pharmaceutical supplies.
- Maintain precise patient records and input prescription data into the pharmacy information system with high accuracy.
- Provide front-line customer service, responding to patient queries regarding medication availability and pharmacy services.
- Monitor storage conditions for medications, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and process insurance claims or billing documents for prescribed medications.
- Participate in regular audits to ensure compliance with legal and organizational pharmacy standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science, Pharmacy Technician certification, or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting is highly advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high precision.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and general computer literacy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light manual lifting of stock.
