Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Effectively communicate product value propositions to prospects to convert leads into active accounts.
- Maintain an accurate and organized database of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify client needs through active listening and offer personalized product recommendations.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and negotiation techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales management teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in phone sales, telemarketing, or a high-pressure customer service environment.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English, with a persuasive and confident phone manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a resilient attitude toward overcoming objections.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work full-time hours with a commitment to hitting performance-based targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and a results-oriented mindset.
