KYZN is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Phonics Teacher (English for Kids) to join our vibrant team in Jakarta Selatan. As an early childhood educator, you will play a crucial role in introducing young learners to the foundations of the English language. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and deliver engaging phonics lessons tailored for young children (ages 3 to 8 years old).
- Create a safe, supportive, and highly interactive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Utilize creative teaching aids, including games, songs, storytelling, and physical activities, to make learning English enjoyable.
- Assess and monitor each child's progress, providing constructive feedback to academic coordinators and parents.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a productive and positive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve the English for Kids curriculum.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching phonics or English to young children (at least 1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) with clear, neutral pronunciation.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and phonics teaching methodologies (such as Jolly Phonics).
- Patient, energetic, creative, and genuinely passionate about working with kids.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong rapport with both children and parents.
- Willingness to work part-time and commit to the scheduled class hours in Jakarta Selatan.
