Tanggung Jawab
- Provide 24/7 technical support for PHP-based applications and systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner
- Develop, maintain, and optimize PHP code for existing applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improvements
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and processes
- Stay updated with the latest PHP technologies and best practices
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in PHP development and IT support
- Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and related web technologies
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency in debugging tools and techniques for web applications
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 shift environment
- Certifications in PHP or related technologies are a plus
