Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and process healthcare-related documentation with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide clinical insights and support to clients by interpreting medical records and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal quality standards at all times.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders regarding account updates.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery within the team.
- Participate in regular team briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Manage time-sensitive tasks effectively to meet daily production and quality targets.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Nurse (PHRN) in the Philippines.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Experience in a BPO or healthcare service environment is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications and medical software platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Cebu City.
