- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and clinical triage via phone and email.
- Accurately document patient histories, symptoms, and treatment plans in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and multidisciplinary care teams.
- Ensure strict compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and data privacy standards.
- Assist in the coordination of follow-up care and referrals for patients.
- Provide clinical guidance and resolve complex patient inquiries efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required.
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Philippines.
- Previous experience in a healthcare call center or medical records department is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
