Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end clinical communication and documentation according to established protocols.
- Provide accurate interpretation of medical records and clinical guidelines to support client operations.
- Ensure 100% compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve clinical inquiries with efficiency and empathy.
- Maintain a high standard of professional etiquette when interacting with stakeholders.
- Monitor and update patient case status within the proprietary internal systems.
- Participate in ongoing training to keep abreast of industry changes and account requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Professional Nurse (PHRN) in the Philippines.
- Previous experience in a healthcare BPO or clinical setting is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and standard computer applications.
