Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of PHRN specialists to achieve performance targets and service excellence
- Oversee daily operations of patient health record management systems ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Implement process improvements to enhance data quality and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and internal stakeholders to resolve complex data issues
- Monitor team performance metrics and develop action plans for continuous improvement
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other healthcare data privacy regulations
- Facilitate team training and knowledge sharing on PHRN protocols and updates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in team leadership, preferably in healthcare IT or call centers
- Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards (HIPAA, HL7) and PHRN systems
- Proven track record of managing KPIs and driving team performance
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder engagement
- Certification in healthcare IT or project management preferred
