Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of PHRN specialists to achieve performance metrics
- Oversee daily revenue cycle operations for healthcare clients
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare billing regulations
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex billing issues
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching
- Develop training programs for staff skill development
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with EPIC systems or hospital billing
- Proven leadership experience in healthcare BPO or medical billing
- Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, ICD-10)
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
