Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of PHRN team members to ensure compliance with healthcare protocols
- Coach and develop team members through performance reviews and skill enhancement programs
- Monitor and maintain quality standards for patient record navigation and information services
- Collaborate with healthcare clients to address service requirements and operational challenges
- Implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Generate performance reports and analytics for continuous operational optimization
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other healthcare regulatory standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare customer service or PHRN operations
- Proven leadership experience in team management or supervisory roles
- Deep understanding of medical terminology and healthcare documentation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance metrics tracking
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Certification in Healthcare Management or related field preferred
- Proficiency in CRM systems and healthcare databases
