Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the physical design flow, including floorplanning, placement, and routing (P&R) for complex ASIC designs.
- Perform detailed timing analysis and closure to ensure signal integrity and performance specifications are met.
- Execute and analyze Design Rule Check (DRC) and Layout Versus Schematic (LVS) verification reports.
- Collaborate with logic designers and verification teams to resolve design issues and optimize netlists.
- Utilize industry-standard EDA tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, or Siemens to execute design tasks efficiently.
- Manage and optimize standard cell libraries and IP integration within the chip layout.
- Participate in tape-out cycles and work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure smooth transition to production.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Physical Design, preferably in the semiconductor or EDA industry.
- Strong understanding of the full chip design cycle, from RTL to GDSII.
- Familiarity with power management, clock tree synthesis (CTS), and signal integrity analysis.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl or TCL for automation tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
