Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize physical layouts for complex digital circuits
- Perform timing analysis, power analysis, and area optimization at the physical design level
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure DFT (Design for Test) requirements are met
- Resolve physical design issues and ensure manufacturability of designs
- Develop and maintain physical design methodologies and flows
- Work closely with verification teams to ensure design meets all specifications
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging physical design techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in physical design, preferably in the semiconductor industry
- Proficiency with physical design tools such as Synopsys IC Compiler, Innovus, or Cadence Genus
- Strong understanding of ASIC design flow, including synthesis, place & route, and verification
- Experience with timing analysis, power analysis, and ECO (Engineering Change Order) processes
- Familiarity with advanced nodes (7nm, 5nm, or smaller) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
