Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end physical distribution and logistics operations to ensure seamless product flow.
- Manage warehouse inventory levels, stock accuracy, and storage optimization protocols.
- Supervise, train, and mentor the distribution staff to achieve daily productivity targets.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and transport partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Analyze distribution data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety (HSE) standards.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on logistics costs, delivery performance, and inventory health.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in physical distribution, warehousing, or logistics management, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
- In-depth knowledge of distribution best practices, inventory management systems (WMS), and transport logistics.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP software.
- Willingness to be based in Meycauayan, Bulacan.
