Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate PE curricula aligned with international standards
- Teach diverse physical activities including team sports, individual fitness, and recreational games
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback for skill improvement
- Organize intramural competitions and extracurricular sports events
- Ensure safe equipment usage and maintain activity facilities
- Adapt teaching methods for students with varying physical abilities
- Monitor student progress and report on physical development milestones
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field
- Teaching certification/license with PE specialization
- Minimum 2 years of K-12 physical education teaching experience
- Strong knowledge of sports physiology and injury prevention
- CPR and first aid certification
- Experience developing inclusive PE programs for diverse learners
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
