Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive physical education curriculum aligned with educational standards
- Plan and conduct engaging physical activities, sports lessons, and fitness programs for students
- Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and track progress in physical skills
- Organize and supervise intramural sports events, tournaments, and fitness challenges
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes teamwork, fair play, and sportsmanship
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support the holistic development of students
- Maintain equipment inventory and ensure proper maintenance of sports facilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field
- Valid teaching certification with specialization in Physical Education
- Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching physical education to diverse age groups
- Strong knowledge of various sports, fitness activities, and health education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and colleagues
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Ability to create an inclusive and motivating learning environment for all students
