Are you a passionate educator dedicated to fostering physical literacy and sportsmanship in young learners? The Bina Gita Gemilang Foundation is seeking a dynamic and motivated Physical Education Teacher to join our academic team in Jakarta Timur. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the health, well-being, and social development of our students through structured physical activities, team sports, and fitness programs.
As our PE Teacher, you will go beyond just leading games; you will design comprehensive curricula that cater to various age groups, ensuring an inclusive and engaging environment. Whether facilitating lessons inside the gymnasium or organizing outdoor sporting events, you will empower students to build confidence, resilience, and a lifelong appreciation for physical health. We are looking for an energetic individual with a strong pedagogical background who is ready to integrate creative teaching methodologies into our physical education program.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive PE lesson plans that align with national curriculum standards.
- Lead diverse physical activities, sports, and fitness drills to improve students' motor skills and health.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment that promotes active participation.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their physical and personal growth.
- Organize and manage extra-curricular sports events, competitions, and school-wide field days.
- Maintain and organize sports equipment, ensuring all facilities are safe and functional.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to integrate holistic learning experiences across the school.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student achievement and participation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong knowledge of various sports, fitness training, and injury prevention techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage large groups of students.
- Patience, adaptability, and a high level of physical energy.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Valid teaching certification or relevant pedagogical training.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
