Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive physical education curriculum aligned with national standards and school objectives
- Plan and conduct engaging PE classes for elementary students, focusing on fundamental movement skills, coordination, and physical fitness
- Organize and supervise intramural sports activities, tournaments, and special events
- Teach students about health, nutrition, and the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback on physical development and sportsmanship
- Ensure all physical activities are conducted in a safe environment with proper equipment and safety protocols
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to integrate physical education with other subject areas
- Prepare students for interschool competitions and represent the school in various sports events
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field
- Teaching certification or license in Physical Education
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching physical education to elementary students
- Strong knowledge of various sports, games, and physical activities appropriate for children
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Certification in First Aid and CPR
- Ability to create an inclusive environment that accommodates students with different abilities
- Passion for physical education and commitment to promoting healthy lifestyles among youth
