As a PE Teacher at our institution, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the physical development and character of our students. You will be responsible for creating an inclusive, safe, and engaging environment where every student feels encouraged to participate, regardless of their athletic ability. We are looking for an educator who can blend structured exercise, team-building activities, and fundamental movement skills into an innovative curriculum that inspires a lifelong love for sports and wellness.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive, age-appropriate physical education curricula aligned with national standards.
- Lead engaging practical sessions that promote physical fitness, coordination, and athletic skill development.
- Organize and manage extracurricular sports programs, school tournaments, and field events.
- Monitor and assess student physical progress, providing constructive feedback to support personal growth.
- Maintain a safe and well-equipped sports environment, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Collaborate with homeroom teachers and school staff to integrate holistic health and wellness into the overall student experience.
- Promote values of sportsmanship, integrity, and discipline through competitive and non-competitive physical activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Physical Education in a formal school setting.
- Strong knowledge of diverse sports disciplines and modern coaching techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate students of various age groups.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to school life and community events.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.
- Certified in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
