Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver comprehensive physical education lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Instruct students in a variety of athletic activities, including team sports, individual sports, and fitness training.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes sportsmanship and fair play.
- Organize and manage school sports events, inter-class competitions, and athletic meets.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to integrate health and wellness topics into the broader school program.
- Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure a safe learning environment for all students.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification or license (e.g., S1 Pendidikan Olahraga).
- Previous teaching experience, preferably in a school setting.
- Deep understanding of sports rules, safety protocols, and fitness methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and parents.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire students of varying abilities.
