Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate PE lesson plans aligned with national and school curricula.
- Facilitate sports training, physical activities, and intramural games to improve student fitness and skill levels.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to improve technique and performance.
- Organize and manage inter-school competitions, field days, and athletic events.
- Ensure a safe environment by maintaining equipment and enforcing safety protocols during all activities.
- Promote the value of sportsmanship, fair play, and physical health across the student body.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate physical well-being into the broader school community.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sport Science, or a related field (S1 Penjaskes).
- Proven experience teaching Physical Education in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of diverse sports, exercise physiology, and modern training methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is a significant advantage.
- Possess a patient, energetic, and highly organized approach to classroom management.
