Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic physical counting of trading items inventory at scheduled intervals
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile physical counts with system data
- Identify, document, and report inventory discrepancies to management
- Collaborate with warehouse and store teams to resolve stock variances
- Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies
- Support cycle count programs and inventory optimization initiatives
- Prepare detailed inventory reports with actionable insights
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/D3 degree in Accounting, Logistics, or related field
- 1+ years of inventory management or stock counting experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software or ERP systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong analytical skills with problem-solving abilities
