Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized rehabilitation plans
- Execute therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress reports
- Stay current with evolving physical therapy techniques and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Valid PRC license and professional registration
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in hospital/rehabilitation setting
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and therapeutic modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in CPR and basic life support
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced clinical environments
