Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans in accordance with the school's curriculum standards (National and International).
- Design and supervise engaging physics laboratory experiments to enhance practical understanding of theoretical concepts.
- Assess and monitor student progress through regular testing, assignments, and practical evaluations.
- Provide individualized support and mentorship to students to ensure academic growth and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with fellow science department members to integrate STEM-based learning initiatives.
- Maintain active communication with parents regarding student performance and developmental milestones.
- Participate in school events, faculty meetings, and ongoing professional development workshops.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Physics, Physics Education, or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification (Grades/Akta IV) is highly preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of teaching experience, preferably within a National Plus or International school environment.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital classroom management tools.
- Deep understanding of curriculum frameworks such as Cambridge, IB, or the National Curriculum.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with teenagers and young adults.
