Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging physics curriculum aligned with educational standards
- Deliver clear and effective instruction in physics concepts and principles
- Prepare and conduct laboratory experiments and demonstrations
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop interdisciplinary learning activities
- Stay current with advancements in physics education and teaching methodologies
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Physics or related field (Master's preferred)
- Teaching certification or relevant educational qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching physics at secondary level
- Strong knowledge of physics principles and ability to explain complex concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative and innovative approach to teaching and lesson planning
