Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement creative, inquiry-based lesson plans aligned with the high school curriculum.
- Deliver engaging classroom instruction that promotes critical thinking and scientific inquiry.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback.
- Integrate modern educational technology and laboratory equipment into daily lessons.
- Mentor students through extracurricular science activities, competitions, and research projects.
- Collaborate with fellow department members to align curriculum standards across grade levels.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Participate in regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss student academic development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor degree in Physics Education or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of two years of professional teaching experience, preferably in an SPK or international-standard school.
- Strong command of the English language for instructional purposes.
- Proven ability to simplify complex physical concepts for diverse learners.
- Familiarity with contemporary pedagogical methods and assessment frameworks.
- High level of digital literacy, including experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire student interest in STEM.
- Passionate about character development and student-centered learning.
