Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Physics lessons aligned with IB Diploma Programme (DP) or Middle Years Programme (MYP) standards.
- Design and implement creative lab experiments that bridge theoretical knowledge with practical, real-world applications.
- Utilize diverse teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and ensure all students meet academic goals.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to support student progress and achievement.
- Foster an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages inquiry and active participation.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to integrate interdisciplinary projects across the science department.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate effectively with parents and school leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physics, Physics Education, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience teaching Physics at the high school level, preferably within an IB school setting.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Proven track record of success in preparing students for standardized assessments and inquiry-based projects.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate educational technology into the classroom to enhance learning outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to student mentorship and holistic development.
- Active Teaching Certification (Sertifikasi Pendidik) is considered a strong advantage.
