Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive and interactive physics tutoring sessions to students at secondary and pre-university levels
- Develop and implement personalized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and learning objectives
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, quizzes, and examinations, providing constructive feedback
- Prepare students thoroughly for national examinations including GCE O-Level and A-Level physics
- Utilize innovative teaching methods, multimedia resources, and practical demonstrations to enhance student understanding
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and academic coordinators to track student development and address concerns
- Create engaging learning materials and resources that simplify complex physics concepts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Physics, Engineering, or a closely related scientific discipline
- Proven experience in teaching or tutoring physics at secondary or pre-university level
- In-depth knowledge of the Singapore physics curriculum and examination requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience in working with students of varying abilities
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning platforms
