Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough physical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for diverse patient populations.
- Execute therapeutic exercise programs, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to promote recovery.
- Monitor patient progress closely, adjusting treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention techniques.
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in compliance with medical standards.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors and nursing staff, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Participate in regular team meetings and clinical case reviews to share insights and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Must possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) from the Malaysian Physiotherapy Association.
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience; fresh graduates with strong internship portfolios are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing healthcare team.
- Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based rehabilitative practices.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new clinical technologies and methodologies.
