Tanggung Jawab
- Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with professional and legal standards.
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in physiotherapy to continuously improve service quality.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuous professional development activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council (MAHPC) and a valid practicing certificate.
- At least 1–2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinic setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and the healthcare team.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others achieve recovery.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in both English and Malay (fluency in Mandarin or other dialects is an advantage).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage a diverse caseload.
