Tanggung Jawab
- Assess patient physical conditions to determine appropriate treatment plans and rehabilitation goals.
- Design and implement comprehensive physical therapy programs, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and electrotherapy.
- Monitor patient progress throughout the recovery journey and adjust treatment protocols as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with healthcare standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of doctors and specialists to ensure holistic patient care.
- Participate in continuous professional development and clinical team meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or a recognized equivalent qualification.
- Valid practicing license from the Malaysia Physiotherapy Association or relevant governing body.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or private practice setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach to healthcare.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin or other dialects are an advantage).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex cases.
