Tanggung Jawab
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans for patients in a community hospital setting.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to facilitate patient recovery.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with hospital standards.
- Collaborate effectively with doctors, occupational therapists, nurses, and other medical staff.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases and care coordination.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and infection control measures within the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) in Singapore.
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a hospital or community setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative medical team.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems is highly advantageous.
