Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end conversion of Process Integration (PI) lines and manufacturing processes from pilot to full-scale production.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Process Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams to resolve technical issues during the transition phase.
- Maintain and update detailed documentation, including SOPs, conversion reports, and process validation records.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality protocols throughout the conversion lifecycle.
- Lead or support root cause analysis for yield excursions and implement corrective actions to minimize production downtime.
- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and management on a regular basis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, or a related technical role.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor process flows, including lithography, etching, deposition, or metrology.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and ERP systems.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
